1. All our products are packed and shipped to the satisfation of our customers against their specific orders.
Being food items, we do not accept returns of the product.
2. The only exception being in case the package has been delivered damaged/opened and the same is mentioned at the time of taking delivery. Also in case wrong products are delivered, full refund will follow.
3. All return requests must be approved by SB Food Ventures team and accordingly a suitable return pick up shall be arranged.
In case of specific cisrcumstatnce if a return is to be made, with no fault of SB Food team, a return logistics charge can be applied. You will have option for a refund or exchange.
4. All returns are at sole discretion of S B Food Ventures Team Standard Order once placed can be cancelled anytime before it is physically shipped. Customised orders can be cancelled subject to applicable charges for the costs incurred.
